Coach Seaboch first started at DMACC as an Assistant Coach for Coach Briley in 2009.  He became the 5th Head Coach in program history in 2017.  He is a longtime member of the PGA of America and a TPI Certified Instructor.  He started in the Golf Business in 1992 and worked for several golf facilites including Ames Golf and Country Club, Briarwood Club of Ankeny, and Veenker Memorial Golf Course where he held the position of Head Golf Pro for 12 years.

During his years at those facilites he developed a strong background in instruction, especially regarding High School players.  Several of his private students continued on to play at colleges such as Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa, Creighton University and numerous others.  He was instrumental in several of his students winning State titles at every level of High School.

He has written several instructional article for the Ames Tribune.

His goals for his players are to help them grow academically, athletically and socially.  He enjoys being a mentor to his student athletes and retains a close relationship with numerous players after their time at DMACC.  

During Coach Seaboch's tenure as Head Golf Coach at DMACC, he recruited and developed DMACC's first 3 All American Men's Golfers. He has lead the Men's team to 4 straight NJCAA National Championship appearances.  In 2020 his team ended the season with it's highest finish ever at the National Championship, finishing in 7th Place. On his watch 21 players have competed in the Men's NJCAA National Championship.

On the Women's side he continues to uphold the strong tradition Coach Briley built of leading the DMACC Women's team annually to the National Championship.  DMACC Women's teams or players have competed in 17 straight National Championships.  He has lead 2 teams to the NJCAA Women's National Championship and 10 women have represented DMACC during these tournaments either as a team or individually.

In his free time, he enjoyes spending time with his family including wife Molly, daugher Katelyn and golden retrievers Riley and Rosie.
