Cam Johnson enters his fourth year with the Bears as an assistant coach. Cam is the team’s strength coach, assistant hitting coach, infielders coach and plays a big role in the programs recruiting efforts.

Before coming to DMACC, Johnson coached at Southeast Polk high school. Johnson helped coach the Rams to a successful 29 win season. Before coaching at Southeast Polk, Johnson helped coach at Ames High and Storm Lake St. Mary’s.

Johnson played at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. Johnson was a part of over 120 wins over his four years at Buena Vista. He graduated from Buena Vista with a degree in Exercise Science. Johnson graduated from Southeast Polk in 2013.
