The DMACC Softball Tradition

The DMACC Softball program was re-established in 2012.  In 11 years the program has earned:

• 10 Consecutive Nationally Ranked top TEN teams.
• 10 NJCAA World Series Appearances
• 5 Final Four NJCAA World Series finishes
• 4 Midwest Region NFCA Coaching Staff of the Year Awards
• 1 NATIONAL NFCA Coaching Staff of the Year Award (2022)
• 1 Perfect Regular Season – 46-0  (2018)
• 1 #1 NJCAA FINAL Poll national ranking (2022)
• Last 5 Year record includes 4 50+ wins season and an overall 5 year record of 215-43.
• 36 NJCAA All Americans/NJCAA All World Series Selections/All Region 11 Selections.

2023 Highlights:

• Final Record: 54-12 (17-7 ICCAC) NJCAA Final Four (3rd Place), 
• Sydney Kennedy- ICCAC Pitcher of the Year, NJCAA and NFCA 1st Team All-American, World Series All-Tournament Team
• Maddy Kearns- NFCA 2nd Team All-American
• Kendal Clark- NFCA 2nd Team All-American

The DMACC Softball program was NOT built at the expense of academics.  During the same time:

• Averaged 17 All Academic Regional/National Awards per year.

Earned a 3.75 TEAM GPA in 2022 including 9 4.0’s.
